Pros
large company, lots of training opportunities. Local staff is nice and good to work with.
Cons
They don't give big raises unless you threaten to leave and annual adjustments don't even match inflation rates. Its obvious that you are just a number and that the shareholders don't care about employees. Medical insurance is really bad.
