Pros
The supervisors, support staff, and the team are all great. The culture here is very supportive and is really good about finding training for their staff.
Cons
Working at any NASA center is very tedious and time consuming if you have not worked for the Government previously. There is a lot of downtime before anyone can get started on a project because they have to do a lot of computer based training prior to getting on the network.
