Pros
There are nice people to work with in the office, holiday parties, and free lunch during meetings which is nice.
Cons
Barely any paid time off, no sick leave, you only get two weeks PTO including sick, vacation and personal. Had to use our own PTO day during a huge snow storm when the state closed all the roads.
