      Pros

      The people are very creative, salaries good, offices are small but attractive, well-equipped, in a good, central location, and free lunch is included

      Cons

      Long hours, competitive environment. Depending on your position, work can get boring, long hours in front of a screen. You work in a small office with only a couple other people at a time, which can be good or bad, depending on your expectations.
