Cons
There is no communication between departments or between upper management to "regular" employees. Changes are often made without discussing how said changes may effect different people or departments. The pay is nowhere near competitive to the market. Because of this, the company has a constant revolving door that will never stop until something changes. Good behavior or performance is rarely acknowledged.
