Pros
Remote work It's great to work full time from home, a sressfill computer on top of a stressful position would've been overkill.
Cons
Poor management A handful of managers are great people, kind but mean business, helpful and supportive. Most of them however, it's almost as if this is their first management position and they have no formal training. They are unhelpful, if they even respond when you reach out, and they can/will drop the ball and when it comes to light it's your fault not theirs, EVER. HR HR is a joke here, I pray you never need them for anything, you are a number they do not care about you at all, won't even talk to you, you're an email to respond to and that's it (them responding to an email will also take about a month) ADT will do their absolute best to work you into the ground, they are greedy they will take all the time they can steal from you and they want you to take advantage of customers and get all the money out if them that you can. All they care about is money, please read the reviews they're true. I wish I would have before I ever worked here, everything I am ready about the lack of support, and terrible experiences are true.
