Everyone knows this but nothing is changing which is why there is a huge turn over rate for entry level agents You're tech support, billing, account management. And youre ecmxpected to have calls under 4 min average. IMPOSSIBLE. when some of the processes 20 mins. Youre micromanaged. I personally feel they dont care about their employees or their customers its always about the bottom line. No shift bid.
