Pros
ADP provides great employee benefits such as medical ,dental, 401k as well as stock purchase program.
Cons
ADP inside sales can be difficult .One of the major challenges is although you are supposed to have a "territory" you have to compete with all the other ADP business units constantly calling the same clients over and over. It's a very unorganized place to work in sales most clients are fed up with constantly being called. ADP does not care much about the customer or customer service for that matter . When you interview management will tell you first year you should make 65-70 k easily which is true if you are in the right territory if not expect to make 45-50 and this includes working a full day and bringing your laptop home and working constantly. Another con is career growth there is none! If you try and discuss career opportunities with your manager they try to avoid it at all cost. Managers have no incentive of letting you change departments because it effects their number . All the time I was there I only know of one person that transferred internally from my department. If the weather is bad you will be expected to work from home and make a minimum of 50 dials from your personal phone without being reimbursed. If you don't you will be docked a vacation day. If you do come into work during inclement weather don't expect your managers to show up because it's do as they say not as they do.
