Incredibly stressful and no support or mentoring given to employees to help ensure their success and promote work-life balance. Mandates on OT restrictions only lead to more stress and totally unrealistic expectations. Clients cannot possibly get the best service under these circumstances. There is no way for teams to be successful in this situation and management simply does not care or is not competent enough to addess the issues.
Many experienced managers and employees have been laid off, leaving a huge gap in quality leadership and expertise. Employees and their dedication and contributions are clearly not valued at all. Perfect example of how not to run a client support and account management org. Customer success? Teammate success? Non-existent.
