Low pay (42.5k base) Low Commission Payout (High Tax on Commission, i want to say 20+%) Average Deal is $1200-1500 and you probably make $200 or less after tax Had a co worker who sold over 25k in a month and only made $1100 in commission Micromanaging Manager had favorites, would not be in office, would tell you to do something without her teaching you, be open about her bonuses and tell us to work harder, etc.. A LOT
