Great company! Good experience with the production aspect of ADM. You also get to have a large impact on project. You also have a great staff supporting you. They want you to learn and grow!

At times you can feel lost, and not know what the next step is in project work.

Knowing that you are contributing to the worlds nutrition/food supply.

Office culture not the best Old School way of working - have not modernized their capabilities Sales teams do not want to evolve Lack of IT support/investment when all company are bolstering their investment/use of data & AI. So focused on implementing SAP - been a 10+ year project that sucks up all of the IT resources so nothing else is worked on.
