Joined company in 2019. At the time the General Manager was US based and managed the company well. After a new GM was hired in Canada, company went completely downhill. At last check in 2025 sales were down and continued to slide.

Lack of communication between upper management and team employees. Poor marketing & sales communication. Little support from HR
