      Pros

      Benefits are ok, insurance is paid for but the deductible and out of pocket is high. It's in Montana!

      Cons

      Management. Too cheap to bring in true professionals with solid heavy manufacturing experience. Very high turnover. One main operations manager causes 80% of the problems. Risk not worth the pay.

      Pros

      The wage was decent not the best but decent

      Cons

      Everything else about the company first and foremost the management team was horrible all you are is a number not a person everybody is replaceable in their eyes. When your kids get sick and you are a single parent household you will get fired. Working in the shop is very cliquey.
