Never join - Recruitment Consultant ADEO Consultancy Employee Review

Nothing positive in this organisation apart of few really good employee who working there not because there getting good from the company. there are still working because they don't have quality to work any good company.

Every things are negative. starting from the company infrastructure to salary and documentation. 1. It's a very very small organisation employee capacity just only 10-12 (Max). 2. They don't have any office apart from Kolkata. rest all locations are fake. 3. Never can give salary on time. 4. Highly unprofessional organisation, always trying to interfere in employees personal life. 5. Always trying to take unethical advantage of employees weakness, MD / Owner don't have any minimum seance of taking with employees. 6. Employer can't speak in English at all. 7. Don't have any seance of business. (8 years old consultancy but still can't do business well if any how recruitment market get down for few months then company can't pay salary on time.) 8. Has big big dream but can't do planing to execute those in real, and very freckle minded person. 9. Office infrastructure is pathetically poor. don't have a proper bathroom also. event AC's are not working properly. 10. always target freshers, they don't have any idea about employee benefits, so he can cheat easily. I will suggest, never think to join such company.
