Do Not Work for this nightmare company! - Anonymous employee ADARA Employee Review

The executive management is the worst I have ever seen anywhere. Anyone who was good has either left the company or been let go (more like forced out). It is definitely the "boys club" and disrespectful to women. The CEO is clueless and ineffective and places misguided trust in outside consultants that only see a cash cow. The Chief People Officer is the absolute worst and complicit in all of this activity. Previous HR used to be very good at the company, but she does nothing and lets all this happen.
