Pros
Working at ADAPTURE has been the ride of my career. We are growing incredibly fast and it's such an exciting process to be a part of. I work with the absolute smartest people, I am challenged every day, and I love the partners we engage with. Our office is amazing in the Queen Building, we get free lunch all the time, and we are constantly receiving professional training and development.
Cons
Honestly, the only con I can see is that this is a very fast-paced and intense culture. Everyone is here not just to win--but to crush it. So if you're not that intense and aggressive about your career, it might not be a great fit.
