Friendly colleagues, good reputation with clients, previously good customer service levels and respected in the industry (Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery)

Poor Leadership, lack of direction and poor communication from Senior Management, inexperienced and untrustworthy MD, atmosphere growing toxic and you no longer know who you can trust! If you try and leave on time, or even 5 minutes late you are sneered at by the MD and made to feel lazy!
