Pros

* Enjoyable co-workers, we all get along well and have a good work/fun balance. * Good benefits, including free high quality food in the office, expense reimbursement, 401K with match, good health plan with low premiums, 6 month review periods, access to a gym, 1day/week work from home, half day Fridays twice a month in the summer. * Casual work environment, flexible hours. * Excellent office location in the heart of town. The office is large with lots of natural light. * Work timelines are well planned and achievable. Crunch times are few and far between. * Company provides MacBook pro for work/personal use. * Opportunity for personal achievement, the work is done in small teams where everyone involved makes a big contribution to the end product. * Financially stable, profitable. No venture capital or outside investors. Wholly owned and run by the partners who all work in-house. * Senior management is very accessible and encourages feedback. * Good project acquisition. The clients we get are often large, world-renowned companies putting out flagship products. * Excellent project planning and design process. By the time a project gets to the engineers, there are thorough design and UX mock-ups.

Cons

* The work day starts and 9:30, which is a little late for me. Some may consider this a pro, it's not a big issue as we can shift our hours around on the days we need to. * It's a relatively small and focused agency, so there isn't a lot of room for career advancement. This is offset by their 6 month review period and generous pay raises. * Fast moving company with a high bar, but I wouldn't have it any other way. If you just want to sit in a chair 8 hours a day and soak up a paycheck, this isn't the place for you -

Pros

- The people are great, and we all work very well together. - Very easy to bounce ideas around, and collaborate on the best solution. - The projects are with some really cool clients, and while they can be intense at times, it's very satisfying seeing a project to completion. - The leadership seems to try to be as transparent as possible. - The benefits have improved a good bit since I started working. - Free lunches! - There seems to be a genuine interest in making sure that people are getting what they want out of their employment with AD60, and not just what AD60 can get out of their employees. - Everyone mid-level and up gets 1 work-from-home day a week.

Cons

- As another reviewer said, days start at 9:30, which seems a little late for me. They are pretty flexible if it's discussed before hand. So not really too much of a con. - While benefits have improved since I started, the 401k matching still has room for improvement.
