Cons
- The coworkers are great, but leadership needs development in this department. They are stuck in their ways and need to delegate tasks and trust their employees without micromanaging EVERY step of the way. That person's leadership needs to take charge and mentor this person before they drive away the few employees in that department. It can be a unnecessarily stressful environment.
