It's dusty everywhere due to the lab being in such close proximity.

Family feel to the company from management down, work environment is great and friendly, owners show appreciation to their employees, pay is higher than most other labs, willing to cross train everyone instead of pigeon holing you and it's a growing company that holds strong promise.

Lab could be bigger, equipment is a little out dated and parking is limited but still the Cons do not outweigh the Pros.
