      Pros

      Good People around the company. Hands on CEO.

      Cons

      Put into a creative box, Assets are all gatekept, In 3 years they have gone through 4 Marketing Managers. Salary roles but you are expected to be in office 9 to 5 and get pointed if you are not despite being salary and not having to clock in or out. Lack on any urgency. Hands on CEO that likes to lead creative direction yet changes the whole design of the project week to week based off of emotion.

      Pros

      Great support from management and fellow employees. Great health care compared to other places. Very focused, sincere, aware CEO. Nice down to earth people that do their jobs. Barely any drama. Really nice office space and building. If you like to come in, do your job, and go home, this company is great.

      Fair amount of turnover in all departments.
