      Pros

      - Some people here are the most genuine - Everyone is very passionate about traveling - Hard-working colleagues - Free tea/coffee and fruits - Everybody loves Susi

      Cons

      - Salaries are at the lower end of the spectrum - Usual office politics - Unapologetic favoritism (Favorite employees get ahead and get to travel more often than others) - Too much conversations about politics, sometimes condescending - While it shouldn't be my concern, company needs more diversity. It seems POCs don't have enough opportunities to get ahead.

      This is a great place to get started on a career in sales. The leaders are wonderful, the office culture is great.

      Cons

      There’s not a lot of room to grow once you hit a certain threshold.
