      Cross training is so important and valuable in your everyday life, learning how to do proper interviews and becoming a leader in such a short amount of time if you put in the hard work.

      None that I can name off but the hard work pays off a lot quicker then you would think

      Have the ability to move up in the company if you perform.

      Cons

      If you don’t produce your hours could get cut. Management does everything possible for this to not happen to you and will help you as much as they can but it can still be challenging.

      If there was any type of cons it would be simply that you have to work hard. That’s the mindset of an entrepreneur!!
