Early career at a software house - System Analyst ACE Data Systems Employee Review

As a junior software developer, I had the opportunity to learn both programming and business skills at this company. This experience has been invaluable in shaping my future career, and I am grateful for the opportunity. While the salary wasn't great, I’m grateful to the company for providing the opportunity to learn and grow.

I write this for the sake of company transparency. Unfortunately, some old timer, non-technical employees are being bully to junior developers. They often act in a bossy and controlling manner, which has contributed to a toxic work environment.

The only good reason to work at this company is the people working there. They are so kind and helpful to juniors.

The first one is salary being low for a certain level and the second one would be the upper level management.
