      The interview is easy because you will hardly get a word in. They will hire you because they are desperate. The students provide new and interesting challenges each day. Lots of paid vacations.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and management. The pay and benefits are excessively sad. There is no discipline or consequences. Little support for teachers. No training for teacher's assistants.
