Quickly and successfully growing start-up with a good remote/hybrid policy. Many friendly and competent colleagues from all over the World, great work atmosphere both remotely and in the local office, people who actually believe in their product (battery-related SaaS), and a competent and well-grounded management make this a very pleasant employer.

I really don't have much to say here. Sometimes the workload may increase for a while if a deadline is approaching, but nothing unusual, and neither direct nor indirect pressure is applied. Wages cannot (yet) compete with Google, but are very competitive overall.

Wide range of battery use cases make the work fascinating. Remote working setups are excellently catered for. Everyone on the team wants to help you. Company onsites are incredible.

Still rapidly growing and there can be high-pressure times due to the safety-critical nature of the work. These moments are rare and, as a result, typically hard to plan for.
