Pros

Company has potential, That's the only thing.

Cons

Toxic management. No consideration. Manipulative supervisor. No work-life balance. We all know it's you, your solution to clear this up is to leave a good review here, right? Why not own up and take accountability like how you oh so proudly say? Remaining high and mighty despite multiple negativity. Stop acting like you're the victim here.

Pros

1. Great work environment - managers are very understanding in case of emergency, illness, etc. Teammates can be counted on to cover for you when you're off or need to be off. 2. Teamwork - all employees work together toward one goal, to be efficient and accomplish all tasks and responsibilities 3. Constructive criticism - no shaming culture, managers talk to the erring member directly as opposed to pointing out mistakes in the presence of the whole team 4. Every day is a learning experience - new info about the industry are gained every day leading, mistakes/lapses are charged to experience 5. No politicking - office sides with meritocracy, the performers are valued and the slow-learners are given a lending hand, all sides are heard and management assists in conflict resolution

Cons

This is a really challenging industry to work in. It's not for the faint of heart. It's not for the irascible. It's not for those who cannot take constructive criticism. It's not for those abhorrent to learning better ways of doing things. It's not for those who can only do one thing at a time. It's not for those who cannot respect seniority. It's not for ingrates who think they learned everything by themselves. This is a job for the kind, for the excellent, for the workers with a real compassion for the people they work with and sincere willingness to help all the stakeholders.

Pros

1) Steady stream of patients, so clinicians rarely worry about lack of visits. 2) Flexible patient care opportunities with room for independence in the field.

Cons

1) Intake team is disorganized and often struggles with scheduling, which directly affects clinicians and patients. 2) Intake managers do not seem equipped to handle the high turnover within their team. 3) Many patients end up not being scheduled or seen on time, which creates frustration for both patients and clinicians. 4) When mistakes happen, intake managers often shift blame onto their subordinates instead of taking accountability, responding only with “acknowledge” messages. 5) Clinicians spend valuable first minutes of patient visits addressing scheduling complaints rather than focusing on care. 6) Ethical concerns: some clinicians (myself included) have been asked by leadership to see patients outside of the agency, which feels unprofessional and inappropriate.
