Minimum wage, other places advertise the same job role for at least 20500 but can go up to 23000. Huge turnover shows it's not always the most pleasant place to work at. Depending on your managers and clients, the job can be difficult to handle if you don't get the right support from your supervisors. No form of encouragement. It's not as easy progressing within the company as they make it to be. Ever-changing rota. You can be stuck working on weekends and late nights. No bank holidays included. No rise in salary after working in the company for years, but new starts getting a higher wage than people working there 5+ years.
