Pros
Majority of the colleagues were enjoyable to work with. And this made the collaboration both effective and enjoyable. Additionally, there were also kindness and helpfulness from the backend staff.
Cons
Most things were manually done, making the processes to be draggy and painful to deal with. Poor top management hindered decision-making at higher levels. Staff were underpaid compared to market standard.
