      I got paid for what I sold. Always felt they treated me fare. Had schedule freedom

      Pros

      I have worked for the company for over 10 years now, and simply wouldn't still be here if it wasn't a great place to work. The owner is very personable and appreciates all the hard work from everyone. Helping homeowners solve their problems. Being a part of a team and family atmosphere.

      Slower in December and January.
