1. As the company is growing and adapting constantly to become better in all aspects, some employees might not feel comfortable with these changes in Policies, Org structure, etc. 2. But the management is willing to consider any work related pressure faced by employees and take necessary steps to minimize and proivide you the necessary assistance to reduce the burden on employees.
