11yIt has almost been a full year since this review was written. This is the most accurate and sincerely constructive feedback I have seen on Glassdoor. THANK YOU for putting your heart into this effort.
If you are still with us, then you will already know how much things have changed. Hunter has taken the company back over and he is such a caring and compassionate person. It's one of the reasons why I am here. We are not perfect by a long shot, but we are getting there with great people and positive enthusiasm. We have many open and transparent forums for communication and are continuing to bring transparency to the entire company. Some examples include our: Thought Leadership team, our weekly Level 10 meetings, more frequent All Hands calls to update the company, and an open door policy with all of the executives. We are investing whatever it takes into our culture and we will continue to make hiring decisions based on positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and passion for doing the right thing. We moved our headquarters into a great space that encourages creativity and team work. We are encouraging our team to find happiness and grow personally and professionally.
2015 for ABS is all about getting the right people on the bus, getting people on the bus in the right seats, and creating operational efficiency. We have migrated our email platform, we are implementing a new quoting system, we are implementing a new CRM system, and we are formalizing our onboarding process. There is a lot of positive change that has happened over the last year and in a very large part it's a result of people like you who care enough to say the right things.
