Lots of Smart People Lots of Potential Opportunity but Horrible Leadership - Marketing ABS Group Employee Review

This company basically ebbs and flows at the whims of senior management at the parent. They are very risk averse and do not understand how to grow a real commercial business and have no patience for the long game. Very male dominated and if you are an engineer or have any connection to maritime (or are on the government team) - you will have some career opportunities - otherwise - look elsewhere. Their strategy for growth is to re-org every few years with no change management or follow-through. CEO has no real authority. Can be very toxic.
