Pros
When I've joined I've found some pros that fade away over time 1. Amazing mentor and digital head who is gone now from the company. 2. Amazing colleagues, almost all of them are gone now due to office politics.
Cons
That's a long list I have to say I'll start with HR people. 1. Non-cooperative, highly ego stick HR people who hardly give a damn about your concerns because they think they can rehire anytime by using the brand name. Zero support in a covid insurance claim. Make exit difficult. 2. Non-Tech senior management: All the senior people out there call themselves PHP guys, you propose a new approach or a better tech stack for anything. Boom they lost interest ! 3. Tv Biased company: I highly recommend not to join the organization if you are in the product or tech team. Their slogan says ' Digital is future' but once you enter the organization you'll soon realize it's just a slogan for them. 4. Creative people Stay Away: nothing creative is ever implemented here. Only taking reference from their competitors 5. Offer double salary on exit and no growth salary when hiring. Stay cautious.
