      Senior Management accept bullying, no people culture, HR non existent. Sexist culture, old boys club. Excessive pressure to work long hours. No development plans

      Early start and early finish. Simple but repetitive work.

      Cons

      Working hours based on current demand for meat produce, meaning on some days you will have to do overtime, sometimes 10-11 working days. Short breaks.
