      Adapted well to the pandemic, long overdue allowing staff to work from home, pay and income benefits are good staff generally well compensated

      Cons

      ComFin subsidiary has lost its integrity and rapidly losing its connection with the local community and charity partners as the main main has stepped in sucked the soul out the legacy business. Local management team disbanded, teams are down to a skeleton crew

      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Cons

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.
