      Friendly and supportive colleagues with a collaborative team environment. Work-life balance is generally good and stress levels are moderate. Interesting projects within the banking sector and good job stability. Professional culture with experienced engineers and developers.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive compared to the current tech market. Salary adjustments do not always keep up with inflation. Internal bureaucracy typical of a traditional bank can slow down processes. Some legacy systems would benefit from further modernization.

      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Cons

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.
