      Unbeatable work-life balance. Decent pay. Very relaxed. Great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Career growth follows a hierarchical and there is no other way. Sometimes it's boring. I am not pushed to give my best.

      Pros

      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Cons

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.
