      Pros

      I was easily one of their hardest working and most effective employees. That gave me more influence over work flow than any other Team Lead.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Multiple chains of command to answer to (ABM, client, other vendors). Work load was not well thought through. My team did more with fewer people than any other team. That’s per the client.

      Management doesn't have a clue and makes you think your the problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
