Pros
Competitive pay for the area Coworkers are generally easy to work with, even in a fully remote team Opportunities to travel for hiring events
Cons
Training lacks structure and is often handled informally by team members when they have spare time Workload increases rapidly once you begin to understand the role, with each account having its own unique requirements Expected to manage around 70 positions but often assigned 150 or more Frequent process changes with little communication to hiring managers or the broader team Tracking system is outdated and the least efficient I’ve used in a decade Management only cares about KPI's even when the workload becomes unrealistic
