ABL Asset management Co Ltd is No 1 AMC in Pakistan, it is wholly owned subsidiary of ABL Bank Ltd and it is using ABL Branches as its retail network. It has very good team professionals. It provides very good working environment to its staff.
Cons
In my opinion Mutual Fund Industry in overall very shaky, so there are no disadvantages working in ABL AMC but it is the industry whose growth is dependent on number of factors.
Worst place to work. Zero work ethics. Constant pressure from higher management to miss sell client. Top management always tries to forse sales with caring about client benefits. Even Allied Bank Management are involved in supporting the ABL AMC in looting people.
