Pros
I liked most of people I worked with. They do get great talent into the company. The creative team is great. Paid for our insurance in full which was nice. Lots of days off for religious holidays.
Cons
Management was terrible. People quit due to this including me. Lots of yelling and embarrassing people in front of colleagues. Too much product and too many licenses, there is no focus.
