      1. Too much of hierarchy. 2. Cannot speak to bosses freely and directly if you are from lower management. 3. Too less holidays

      Good way of learning and getting involved in alot of different assignments throughout the job

      Cons

      Training is not going to be at a side of things. Sometimes they mainly show you somethings and the rest is just thrown for you to just figure out.
