Pros

There is nothing good here to write about. I am warning everyone to run now and not look back.

Cons

I am warning you to stay away from this evil company and run as fast as you can. The managers lie to everyone including their own family. They will promise you things in the interview and tell you anything to get you on board because they are so desperate. Then it will all be lies. The owners are the most uneducated and greedy people I have ever met. The managers don't have a clue about how to run a company and are only out for themselves. Run away before you become one of their next pawns in their greedy game.

Pros

It is obvious that some of the reviews were written by management personnel. It is also obvious that some reviews were written by some extremely upset employees, or ex-employees. This does not necessarily mean that there isn’t some validity in reviews.

Cons

For those that do not know, ABcom has many offices and the two main offices are in Minnesota, and Arizona. When reading the reviews please understand that the work life at these two offices are not identical, yet they may have some common threads. The main issue of day to day business may well be consistency in how workers, and customers are treated. Regardless of which office you work for, you will be provided a chance at a meager existence and an attainable level of success. Success will not be easy, and the ever changing goals, and landscape could prove daunting. Be prepared to openly praise some washed out has been’s (though they possibly mean well). They are easy pickings for ABcom to bring in cheap and discard when convenient. Play the political games, choose your allies with caution, work hard when being viewed, and always, always, always look like you are busy and cooperative. Looking cooperative and saying the correct things will carry you for a long time. Do not try to dig into the logic of the ownership decisions, it will frustrate you, and is a poor use of your time. If you are an office person ignore the rumors. At least one of the owners appears to enjoy starting several rumors in the same office just to see what happens, and how they get back to him. The joys of being in an office.
