Generally good - Field Engineer ABCA Group Employee Review

- Vans not Sign written - Nobody checks up on you - Engineers are all decent to get on with - Could probably work your day without doing much

-All the company systems Always crash -Company has bad reputation with most of its current and ex customers, so can be frustrating as an engineer constantly being told “Abca are sh*t” - very rare get any response from office staff / Managers and Even HR - Wages always wrong - Time sheets get changed without any warning - never know who to go to when have issues and if you have issues normally takes around 4 days to resolve. -Planning for Engineers is Awful -No training opportunities -Lack of progression -Clicky Employee a lot of people that have no idea what there doing Engineering & Admin A lot of people leaving in short period of time

Nonexistent - the only pro was taking my last steps out of the building

Awful toxic environment, management poor unless you are a favourite! Terrible training, awful language within the office, not sure why they have an HR department as it’s very one sided, with the company being in favour. Old computer systems that I was using around 20 years ago. I wouldn’t waste your time working here as you will have poor mental health if you do.
