This happens only if the owner is responsible enough to meet the requirements so that you can do so, unfortunate if you get with this company this is a dream that will never come true due to a owner who lies and manipulates the employees and steals your families hard earnings.
Cons
Not even a year in the business, Owner never done this type of work prior to a year ago so you are lead in the wrong direction. Who you know basis meaning despite your hard work and effort you will never be fully rewarded due to on the job relationships. Pay is never right owner tries to find ways to hide your very own money from you. No growth in the company although you will due what is required on your end the company will halt you at leader making no advancement to your own office. Horrible training the owner does not know all of the appropriate materiel in order your you to maintain customers satisfactions.
