Pros
It is the incentives the pay and the fun trainer teacher
Cons
No work or life balance, guinea pigs for the in office reps and management and at the drop of dime you have to work 12 hours when they see a piece of ice on the ground, they live in the midwest very bad weather I lived in St Louis so yeah its always ice, while the entire business is closed back to back calls all the time, I have worked in several call centers and it was the busiest because of the high turnover rate and while you can't even catch your breath you have to take soft collection calls and get cursed out at the same time, the training was 4 weeks but I made it you have to take a hard exam to get hired on, also pto is a joke they basically cater to whoever's in office first and remotes take the scraps I asked for a Christmas Eve two years in advance and was told no, and there scripts lol I have called government agencies and their scripts don't ask for all of that stuff to verify, also you have to call the clubs where its young kids who have no clue how to close gym accounts and you have to try to explain their error to already angry customers, no thank you I will find something else.
