You get exposed to some of the state of the art facilities and it's a great opportunity to advance your technical knowledge. However, some plants are older and not that organized. Interior System was a great plant for learning. People usually stay with ABC for couple of years just to gain experience and move to similar companies for better salary and management.

There is a lot of politics involved, unhealthy stress that is posed by management for nothing. Not a professional environment. Unhealthy competition.
Great company to start with if you've never done this kind of work before. Fun crew.

The owner of the company plays favorites. And takes everything you say to him as a personal threat. Quick temper, fires Hardworking employees for ridiculous reasons.
