Pros
The screening process they had for technicians must've been great because they were some of the best techs I ever worked with. They were all eager to learn and genuinely cared for the kiddos. All were receptive to feedback as well.
Cons
This company started out great, especially with the flexibility then they tried to force me to cut my hours. After I explained how unethical it is to supervise 1 HOUR PER MONTH, they refused to negotiate. Unfortunately, I had to terminate my employment. I don't know what changed, but seemed they became more focused on making money than actually helping families.
