Ease to switch departments, average salary among microfinance banks, 13th month salary and leave bonuses, if you are lucky- good and family-like colleagues, hierarchy in the organization.
Cons
Rumour mongering, tendency to be stuck in the same position for long, inconsiderate management, unfeeling HR, profit is shared only among management staff, saturday end of the month work, closing late (depends on the Branch Manager), benefits keep reducing under current management, high target, little to no remote work opportunities except for Head office staff
